Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to lead our digital transformation in the Northern Europe region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business intelligence initiatives and designing advanced reporting solutions.
You will lead end-to-end BI projects, coordinating with internal departments and external partners. You will also design and develop intuitive reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, optimize BI tools and reporting pipelines for different business needs, model and manage scalable data warehousing architectures, and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in modern data warehousing.
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (Desktop, Service, Premium).
* Strong command of SQL, DAX, M-Query, and Power Automate.
* Experience with Azure (Databricks, PySpark) or Oracle PL/SQL is a strong plus.
* Project management experience and strong communication skills.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
