The Role: Head of Finance Location: Antwerp region (HQ) – global scope Reports to: Group CFO & Managing Director Team: +25 professionals across the world AsHead of Finance, you'll be both apeople managerand abusiness partner: empowering your team, driving financial excellence, and acting as a trusted challenger within the MT. What You'll Be Doing? Lead and inspire your international finance team — helping people step up and grow. Oversee accounting, reporting, controlling, tax, treasury, and compliance across jurisdictions. Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting cycles with accuracy and insight. Act as a sparring partner to the MT and senior leadership — challenging and shaping strategy. Ensure compliance frameworks are in place. Optimize structures, processes, and systems (ERP). Who You Are? A seasoned finance leader with 10+ years' experience in an international environment (manufacturing or audit background is a plus). A people-focused manager who develops, coaches, and inspires. A strong communicator who builds trust and challenges constructively. Experienced in IFRS/GAAP, tax, compliance, and internal controls.
