A international advisory group is seeking an experienced Vice President to join its Mergers & Acquisitions team in Brussels. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile transactions across diverse sectors, providing strategic advice to clients and driving deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage M&A transactions from origination through to completion.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Oversee financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Proven track record in managing complex transactions and client engagements.
Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus.
