HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, active in the logistics industry, in their search for a freelance Business Analyst. They are located in Antwerp.
In the context of new software implementations and improvement projects, you map out existing processes and are able to present a clear analysis of these at any time. Process changes are essential in solving problems or investigating new opportunities. You develop changes and new processes and are in daily contact with employees from other departments for this purpose.
The ideal candidate has:
* At least 3-4 years of experience as a (Business) Analyst is required.
* Experience with software implementation projects and BPMN is required.
* Previous experience in the logistics industry is important.
* Fluency in Dutch & English is required.
This is a long term project with possibility of extension, the start date is ASAP and our client has a hybrid homeworking policy.
