The role focuses on analysis, documentation, and implementation support for payment-related products and processes, including solutions delivered by Sopra Banking.
Gather and document business requirements related to payment products and processes.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.Analyse current payment flows, systems, and integrations.Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders.Prepare process documentation, use cases, and data mappings.Support testing activities, including test case preparation and execution.Coordinate defect tracking and resolution with development teams.Experience as a Business Analyst within the banking sector.Contract type: Freelance.Start date: Immediate.
