DURATION: 6 months START DATE: Beginning of February2025 THE JOB: As a trainee, your main responsibilities areto understand the structure of the business data sources, look through thenumbers, and deliver meaningful insights for a wide variety of experience andquality projects on the Global level. The end goals are to ensure hotelquality, leverage brand equity, drive awareness and increase the efficienciesof marketing spend. Besides the main focus on data management andanalytics, you also have the opportunities to participate in other brandcompliance & quality projects that will help develop your communication,project management and presentation skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: § Support presenting actionable insights fromdifferent data sources, mainly Voice of guest (online reviews & surveys),to identify optimal experience proposition or rooms for quality improvement. § Curate and visualize brand performance and quality data for recurrentand ad-hoc reports. § Support onboarding process and support hotels with the Voice of GuestManagement tools & Brand Audit Platform. § Support brand standards creation in the digital platform. § Support brand standards implementation projects. (Such as breakfast,meetings & events etc) ASUCCESFUL TRAINEE: § The candidate must hold EUnationality, if candidate already studying and living in Belgium but a non-EUcitizen, application will be still considered for further screening ofeligibility for the role. § Has to be enrolled in aschool program to be eligible for the internship. § Has strong analytical andproblem-solving skills. § Has Clear and concisecommunication skills § Is a Microsoft Officeexpert user. (Excel and PowerPoint) § Is fluent in English, bothverbal and written. § Is flexible, proactive andhas a can-do attitude. § Is customer-oriented and isinterested in the hospitality industry. § Is a team player with aglobal mindset, able to work with a variety of different (internal andexternal) stakeholders at all levels.
