¿What would be your mission within this role? As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the Quality Assurance and Issue Management for embedded system products (eUICC) in R&D, working closely with development, support, and product teams to maintain high product quality and efficiently resolve issu
es.
Main Tasks and Responsibilit

QA (Quality Assura
* nce):Design, execute, and automate test cases to validate system functiona
* lity;Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using issue management t
* ools;Ensure comprehensive test coverage for new features and system enhancem
* ents;Work closely with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve detected is
sues.
IM (Issue Manage
* ment):
Monitor, analyze, and prioritize reported issues from customers and internal
* teams;Coordinate with development, product, and support teams to ensure efficient issue reso
* lution;Track issue trends, root causes, and provide insights to improve product sta
* bility;Establish metrics and reporting to optimize the issue management p
rocess.
