To meet growing demands and new challenges, our client is expanding their team with two talented CRM Developers. You'll join a dynamic department structured around three squads (10 members each), delivering
Maintenance of live production systems
Development of large-scale new projects
Enhancements and optimizations of existing solutions
Current projects
A Sales platform based on Microsoft Dynamics Sales module
Two projects focused on Servicing operations
Your role
Design, build, and refine CRM applications based on business and functional requirements
Translate user needs into robust technical solutions
Collaborate closely with functional analysts to shape the right architecture
Apply Test-Driven Development within an Agile framework
Execute thorough testing and ensure high-quality documentation
Proactively identify improvements and propose innovative solutions
Assess the impact of changes to safeguard system stability
Beyond development
Develop and execute test scenarios, analyze results, and fine-tune solutions
Embed continuous improvement into every project milestone
Promote best practices in software craftsmanship
Mentor and inspire team members through coaching and knowledge sharing
Your profile
Technical expertise
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Servicing
5+ years of professional .NET development
Proficiency in Agile practices, object-oriented design, and tools like Jira, SVN
Working knowledge of SSIS, Kingswaysoft, and SSRS
Experience with IBM environments is a plus

Education & certification

Certified in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Language requirements: Fluent in French and/or Dutch and/or English
