As a Sales Administration Officer, you are responsible for the operational follow-up of offers, orders and contracts, as well as for all communications with the customer. You ensure that you participate in the continuous improvement of the various processes.
Your responsibilities :
* Enter and follow up on orders;
* Distribute price quotations and order confirmations;
* Participate in the drafting and follow-up of customer contracts;
* Write, distribute and follow up on responses to public contracts;
* Coordinate all communications to the customer;
* Determine and communicate delivery times based on analysis and inventory tracking;
* Identify customer needs and participate in the creation of forecasts;
* Coordinate with the Customer Support department for the planning of interventions;
* Coordinate with the Mechanic Production department for production planning;
* Coordinate with the Shipping team for consumable shipment planning;
* Ensure and guarantee customer satisfaction;
* Participate in the optimization of the different processes and procedures;
* Ensure the update of data in the ERP and participate in its evolution/improvement ;
Your profile :
* You have a bachelor degree in foreign trade or management assistant;
* You ideally have a first experience in a similar function;
* You have a good command of English (B2 minimum) any other language is an asset;
* Excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
* You have strong negotiation and sales skills.
* You are a team player;
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* You have an affinity for continuous improvement and a good sense of priorities
* You are able to take decisions and initiatives.
