We are working with a fast-growing SaaS startup transforming the legal domain with modern technology—and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to build, own, and shape core product systems from the ground up.
This is not a maintenance role. You’ll have real influence over architecture, product decisions, and technical direction, working closely with founders and product leadership in a high-trust, high-impact environment.
What you’ll be doing
* Designing, building, and scaling core features of their SaaS platform
* Developing the frontend using React & TypeScript
* Building robust backend services and APIs with Python & FastAPI
* Taking ownership of systems end-to-end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
* Helping define engineering best practices and technical strategy as the company grows
* Setting up Devops and CI/CD pipelines
What They’re looking for
* Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer in a product-driven environment
* Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript on the frontend
* Solid backend experience with Python, ideally FastAPI
* A product mindset: you care about users, not just code
* Comfortable taking ownership, making decisions, and moving fast
* Based near (or willing to relocate to) Brussels
Bonus points if you have experience with
* DevOps & cloud infrastructure
* Kubernetes and Terraform
* Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
* Designing scalable, production-grade systems in a SaaS environment
