What You Will Do:
- Business Planning:
- Develop and execute an annual business plan using Salesforce.
- Achieve market, product, and profitability targets.
- Account Management:
- Prioritize key projects and accounts in each segment.
- Collaborate with sales and regional management for optimal results.
- Specification Development:
- Target and develop designated accounts, with progress tracked through our program.
- Promote and sell the full range of products.
- Market Insights:
- Engage in strategic planning within the territory.
- Stay informed about market trends and pricing developments.
About You:
- Operate in the Benelux region with proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Commercially minded with familiarity in the piping industry.
- Affinity with OEM sectors such as machine building, water-treatment, biogas, or compressed air systems.
- Willingness to travel within the Benelux region, with occasional international trips.
