Br /br /We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Lead Commercial Support Office / Tender Desk to set up and manage a centralized Group Commercial Support Office / Tender Desk that will support the organization across all commercial excellence and tender-related activities in our domain (selling strategic IT services* in private and public sector mainly in BeNe region but not only).br /br /br /In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the commercial and tender process to ensure focused pipeline management, commercial reporting and high-quality submissions resulting in increased win rates. After the initial setup, you will be responsible for running the commercial support office, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and excellence in all tender submissions.br /br /br /* our service range include e.a. Enterprise IT architecture, Cloud/Infrastructure, Software Engineering (local nearshore), AI projects, DesignUX, digital transformation.br /br /br / br /br /br / br /br /br /Profile / requirementsbr /br /br / br /br /br /Setup phase:br /br /br /br /Design and implement a scalable and standardized commercial and tender management processes across the - organization.br /br /Define governance, workflows, and templates for efficient tender response coordination.br /br /Identify tooling needs and support the selection and implementation of digital solutions (Tenderdesk, Soonar Gpc Gov, Tendar, Tendero, Tendify...)br /br /Align the commercial excellence and tender desk strategy with commercial, legal, and operational stakeholders across our organisation and regions.br /br /Establish clear roles and responsibilities for all contributors.br /br /br /br /Operational phase:br /br /br /br /Act as the central point of contact for all incoming RFPs, RFIs, and tenders in our core activities.br /br /Organize survey of official tender platforms (Ted for Europe, Tenderned for NL or BOSA for Belgium) and identify valuable tenders.br /br /Lead and coordinate the tender process end-to-end: qualification, response strategy, content collection, review, submission, and debrief.br /br /Manage deadlines, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with all tender requirements.br /br /Build and maintain a knowledge base of standard content, reusable materials, and best practices.br /br /Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality, tailored responses.br /br /Track and report on tender success rates, timelines and areas for improvement.br /br /Manage commercial reporting in collaboration with Cco and CFO teams.br /br /br /br / br /br /br /Qualifications and skillsbr /br /br /br /Bachelor#39;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.br /br /5+ years of experience in bid/tender management, proposal writing, or commercial operations.br /br /Fluent in English, Dutch and French (written and spoken).br /br /Strong leadership, excellent organisational and project management skills. Detail-oriented, structured and able to manage multiple deadlines.br /br /Able to manage stakeholders globally, open to feedback and shared ownership.br /
