As a Facilities Officer, you will be part of the team responsible for managing infrastructure and internal services at Easi.
Your role is multifaceted: you will help coordinate operations related to insurance, buildings, the vehicle fleet and various cross-functional projects.
You will also be involved in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), controlling costs and preparing reports to inform management decisions.
In short, this position offers the ideal balance between interaction and collaboration with internal departments and strategic work that adds value through analysis, reporting and administrative management.

Responsibilities
After thorough training, you will be required to:
* Monitor insurance policies ( relations with brokers, process validation, information sharing between departments).
* Manage and optimise KPIs and reporting related to costs and operations (Excel, internal tools).
* Control, analyse and question expenses to help control costs.
* Contribute to projects related to the management and optimisation of buildings, the vehicle fleet and other general services.
* Act as POC (Point of Contact) for internal departments on facilities issues.
* Participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes and operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance and order in administrative files (insurance, reimbursements, validations).
Profile
Must-have :
* Management degree (bachelor's or master's), with an affinity for numbers and analysis.
* You are naturally thorough, organized and detail-oriented.
* Proactivity, collaboration and kindness are important values for you, and you are always ready to lend a hand.
* Good command of Excel and/or other reporting tools.
* Good knowledge of English.
Nice-to-have :
* Experience in insurance or general services management.
* Knowledge of KPI and cost control processes.
* Knowledge of Dutch.
