Vendor Verification Administrator
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dutch & English speaking Administrator to support the vendor verification process for the next 9 months.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Managing vendor administration in SAP
2. Conducting vendor verification through regular phone calls with suppliers
3. Performing general administrative tasks using Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP, and other internal systems
4. Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
5. Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative activities.

6. Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
7. Strong administrative and organizational skills
8. Comfortable working with SAP, Microsoft Office tools and Outlook
9. Accurate, proactive, and able to work independently
10. Good communication skills and confident in making phone calls.
