One of our companies is currently looking for a BeClimate Hub Lead in Brussels.
We are looking for a mission-driven and entrepreneurial individual to lead Belgium’s largest climate and biodiversity-focused coworking and innovation space. As the BeClimate Hub Lead, you will oversee operations, develop the community, expand partnerships, and ensure the financial sustainability of the organization. You will act as both strategist and executor, playing a key role in shaping the national climate innovation ecosystem. Accountabilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of day-to-day operations, budget, and administration
* Develop and execute strategies to grow the coworking community and increase revenue streams
* Animate the community by organizing high-impact events, supporting member engagement, and fostering collaboration
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across the sustainability and innovation landscape
* Represent the Hub externally and lead communications and advocacy efforts
* Oversee coworking space management and ensure smooth logistics, supplier coordination, and workspace growth
* Lead and develop a team of contributors and volunteers to support community initiatives
* Regularly report to the Board and align with broader strategic goals
* Proven leadership or entrepreneurial experience in a start-up, NGO, or ecosystem-related role
* Strong organizational and operational management skills, including budgeting and administrative oversight
* Deep passion for climate action and sustainability, with knowledge of the innovation or startup landscape
* Excellent communication, public speaking, and storytelling abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment
* Track record of building partnerships and engaging diverse communities
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
* Flexibility to attend and host events occasionally outside regular working hours
* Central role in shaping Belgium’s climate innovation ecosystem
