Where You Make An Impact: Correct registration and follow-up of complaints within the specified deadlines Administration and processing of returns and monitoring of quality issues with suppliers Monitoring, recording, and communication of delivery times, monitoring of grouped orders and monitoring of specific customer requests (labels, delivery notes, prior email notification before delivery) Oversee strategic optimization of the eCommerce platform and measure success via KPIs and ROI. Ensuring correct invoicing to customers (preparation and sending) What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit: Good proficiency in MS Office, CRM applications, and ordering systems Empathy and the ability to think in a solution-oriented manner Excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and French Reasonable knowledge of English, both oral and written Because You Matter (example) Competitive salary and benefits package.
