Where You Make An Impact: Correct registration and follow-up of complaints within the specified deadlines Administration and processing of returns and monitoring of quality issues with suppliers Monitoring, recording, and communication of delivery times, monitoring of grouped orders and monitoring of specific customer requests (labels, delivery notes, prior email notification before delivery) Oversee strategic optimization of the eCommerce platform and measure success via KPIs and ROI.
