Turnhout, Belgium (50% on-site / 50% remote) Freelance contract - 01 May 2026- 31 December 2026 Must be fluent in Dutch, French & English and have experience in data migration to Lendscape We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Specialist to support a large programme aimed at improving and updating the company's systems and data management within its factoring operations. The role focuses on ensuring that data is accurate, well-structured, and correctly transferred between systems as part of a major system upgrade. Key Responsibilities Collect, prepare, and analyse data from multiple sources Clean and organise data to ensure it is suitable for use in business systems Support the transfer of data from existing systems to a new platform (Lendscape) Check that data is consistent and correctly mapped between systems Work with business and technical teams to improve how customer and financial data is used Contribute to improvements in data quality and reporting Requirements & Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar. Candidates from other academic backgrounds may also be considered if they have strong data and analytical experience At least 6 years of experience in data analysis or data-related roles Strong experience in: Experience in data migration to Lendscape Matching and linking data between systems Transferring data from one system to another Experience in the financial services sector is required Ability to organise and interpret xjsrcvq complex data Clear communication skills Team-oriented with the ability to work across different departments Reliable, committed, and able to manage changing priorities Languages Dutch: Fluent French: Fluent English: Fluent Additional Information Hybrid working model (split between office and home) Participation in a large-scale system and data improvement project Opportunity to contribute to improving financial data processes and systems Apply now or email
