To strengthen our growth, we are looking for a Functional Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our Microsoft Solutions Team.
Your Role You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
You will collaborate with our team on end-to-end Microsoft 365 projects from requirements gathering and design through configuration, customization, data migration, testing, go-live support and aftercare. You will ensure, together with your team, that solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
You’re client-oriented and communicative and can explain your solutions to business users. You’re capable of working independently as well as in a team with a proactive attitude.
You stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and proactively apply this knowledge in your projects, sharing findings within the team.
You can actively support the team by assisting with presales dossiers, contributing your expertise to solution design and client proposals.
You are passionate about delivering engaging workshops that empower customers and help them adopt Microsoft 365 solutions effectively.
Qualifications Strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, specializing in SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and related components).
Proven track record in Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, and lifecycle management.
Expertise in migrations from different sources toward SharePoint/Teams.
Initial experience with Microsoft Copilot, including agents and Copilot Studio.
Ability to design and deliver workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators.
Experience with BPMN for process modeling and optimization.
Proven involvement in presales activities, including solution design and client proposals.
Ability to manage smaller projects independently or take ownership of solo assignments.
You have 3-4 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, from planning and design to deployment and user adoption. You have delivered complex projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
You possess excellent people and communication skills and, with your analytic mindset, can design end-to-end solutions considering process, functionality, and technical integration. You are motivated to contribute to presales activities.
You are proficient in Microsoft 365 technologies: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and the Power Platform. Experience with third-party migration/governance tools like ShareGate, Orchestry, AvePoint, etc. is a plus.
You are familiar with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or hybrid) and can work in an organized, transparent manner. You know how to use tools like Azure DevOps to track progress and ensure quality. Managing smaller/solo projects independently is not a problem.
Certification is a plus – if you don’t have it, you’re working towards it.
You are passionate about the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and keep up with the latest innovations. You approach challenges with a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy taking initiative.
You are a native Dutch and/or French speaker and fluent in English.
