The Role: Customer Service Specialist Location: Permanent, Full Time

As a Customer Service Specialist in our Business Care Team, you will be the first and main contact person for the customer (the distributor) within the supply chain and ensure the complete execution of all orders until the requests and disputes are resolved.
Business Partnership: Collaborate with sales teams to address customer issues; Order Management: Process and manage orders from receipt to delivery; address issues promptly and inform management of significant deviations.
Team Development: Share skills and knowledge to foster continuous improvement and team spirit.
You care about quality – at every level. Professional speaking Dutch and French with conversational English
Experience in a customer service environment
PC literate and competent data entry skills in Excel
Basic knowledge and understanding of supply chain
Team player with excellent time management skills and good attention to detail
