Akkodis is looking for a medior IS/IT Business Analyst to support one of its clients as part of a broad digital transformation of their production and logistics activities. Working within the IS/IT department and collaborating closely with senior analysts and multidisciplinary business teams (production, logistics, supply chain, quality), you will play a key role in shaping and improving processes, supporting users, and contributing to the success of operational and digital initiatives.Key Responsibilities- Engage closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyse, and prioritise functional requirements, fostering collaboration and co‑creation.- Build strong relationships with ERP, MES, and WMS user communities by promoting active listening, transparency, and trust.- Use modelling tools (BPMN, UML, flow diagrams, etc.) to map business processes and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders.- Provide high‑quality functional support on a daily basis, diagnosing issues, resolving incidents, and delivering clear, user‑friendly communication.- Co‑facilitate training sessions, workshops, and feedback meetings to strengthen user skills and promote best practices across teams.- Detect and analyse system issues early by collaborating with IT teams and external vendors, encouraging collective problem‑solving and long‑term solutions.- Produce and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and specifications to ensure clarity, coherence, and reusability.- Contribute to functional testing phases, promoting teamwork, rigor, and alignment during validation activities.- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of business data in key systems, and help raise awareness among users about the importance of shared, reliable data.- Support change management initiatives with a user‑centric mindset, encouraging adoption and smooth transitions.Candidate Profile- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in functional support within an industrial environment (production or logistics).- Functional knowledge or strong interest in industrial information systems such as ERP (Oracle or similar), MES, and WMS.- Ability to learn new digital tools and strong interest in process automation and operational improvement.- Solid knowledge of modelling methodologies (BPMN, UML) and experience with collaborative process mapping.- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, build trust, and provide strong customer‑oriented support.- Strong analytical competencies: requirement gathering, drafting functional specifications, and conducting multi‑stakeholder workshops.- Comfortable with IT tools, databases, and SQL (querying, data analysis, first-level technical support).- Rigorous, autonomous, motivated, and eager to learn, share, and contribute within a team environment.- Ability to follow guidelines, work effectively in pairs or within project teams, and adapt to diverse working styles.- Excellent command of spoken and written French; good technical English for documentation and professional discussions.- Knowledge of the electronics production sector or similar environments is considered an asset.
