As part of our team, you help new and existing customers seamlessly integrate our innovative digital solutions into their IT landscape. You are the driving force behind their success, ensuring they can utilize our services as efficiently as possible. You are an expert in our digital solutions, which can have both software and Hardware aspects.
You handle the configuration and implementation of the solution on-site or remotely at the customers.
As the IT partner of the customer, you represent DHL Express IT during business performance reviews and are responsible for the delivered quality of the IT services.
You take ownership of internal IT projects and help develop and/or improve best practices within the department.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in applied informatics or computer science or equivalent through experience.
You are flexible, quality-conscious, and service-oriented.
You are fluent in three languages (Dutch, French, and English), both written and spoken; You will become part of a Business IT organization within the Customer Facing IT team, where you will focus on Key Account customers.
