Application/Cloud Architect
📍 Brussels (Hybrid: 3 days remote/2 days on-site per week)
💡 Tasks and responsibilities
* Develop, test, review the code, and maintain software applications
* Design and develop front-end website architecture and user interactions by creating reusable code and features to enhance the user experience
* Write clean, functional code for both front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java) development
* Analyze the integration of different information systems
* Do the data analysis, data modelling and production of software architecture documents
* Coordinate the implementation of the technical architecture
* Assist during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting
* Review the architecture of existing systems to migrate them in the cloud
🎯 What we are looking for
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* Strong experience with Java (Java EE 8+) and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Hibernate
* Solid expertise in front-end tools and frameworks such as Angular 17, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
* Experience with middleware and backend technologies such as Oracle 19
* Experience with Tomcat
* Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

* Experience with AI tools such as AWS Kiro, Cursor AI and Windsurf
