Ann Demeulemeester is looking for a Sales Assistant part-time (32 hours) for Antwerp's store.
The role will involve the following activities:
Welcoming customers
Sales assistance
Upselling & Cross Selling
Product consultation
Restocking merchandise
Sharing the company's values and brand stories
Your profile should have:
Solid experience in assisted sales
Background in luxury brands
Sensitivity towards the product, excellent knowledge of market trends and fashion
Management of every phase of the sales process
Knowledge of key sales KPIs
Fluent in English and Flemish
Skills required to complete the profile:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the public
Knowledge of main sales techniques
Customer Satisfaction orientation
Problem-solving skills
Flexibility and autonomy
Teamwork attitude
Ability to build long-term client relationships and conduct personalized follow-ups.
Confidence in creating full looks and advising clients on style and fit.
Basic understanding of VM standards and the ability to maintain the store's visual excellence.
Knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
