As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted adviser to regional senior leadership across France, Belgium and the Netherlands. As Finance Manager, you will lead the Brussels-based finance team responsible for accounting and financial operations across the Belgian and Dutch entities. In-depth knowledge of Belgium and Dutch GAAP is essential.brThe tasks awaiting you:br1. Regional Finance Business PartneringbrPartner with regional senior leadership to drive financial performance. Provide strategic financial insights, analysis and recommendations to regional senior leaders, including scenario analysis, financial modelling and profitability analysis, to support business objectives and growth targets.brLead the annual budget and forecasting cycle; own cost control oversight across the region and present results clearly to the leadership team.brBuild and maintain financial dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel; act as the bridge between local finance and group, ensuring consistent governance and timely head office reporting.br2. Finance Team Leadership Entity Accounting (Belgium Netherlands)brLead and develop the Brussels finance team, staying closely involved in day-to-day work and acting as the escalation point on complex accounting matters.brOwn the delivery of accurate, compliant management accounts and statutory reporting for both entities in line with Belgian and Dutch GAAP, including tax submissions and audit readiness.brManage key external relationships including bank(s), auditors and advisers for the Belgian and Dutch entities.brLead the upcoming accounting system migration as finance project owner. Project management experience is a strong advantage; at minimum, a proactive attitude to system change is expected.br3. Continuous Improvement AutomationbrIdentify and implement AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve reporting speed and accuracy. Champion a technology-first mindset across the team.brProfielbrProven experience as a hands-on Finance Business Partner at senior level, with direct team management experience.
