About The Role
Customer Success Specialist. A hybrid role located in Jardins, São Paulo, requiring on‑site presence three times per week.
Responsibilities
* Ensure customers achieve desired outcomes and provide an excellent experience.
* Proactively reach out to customers to assess needs and offer assistance.
* Provide product training and gather feedback for improvements.
* Manage customer relationships and create strategies for retention.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
* Proven track record of maintaining high customer retention rates.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Experience with CRM software.
Bonus Skills
* Familiarity with AI or interest in the field.
* Experience in a SaaS company.
* Experience in an early‑stage company.
* Multilingual abilities.
