With a growing number of integration projects for mid-sized and large companies, we are now expanding our Flemish delivery team.You’ll join at a strategic moment to shape both client solutions and internal delivery practices.Your mission:As an Odoo Functional analyst, you listen with care and build an in-depth understanding of the client’s context and needs, mainly for our Flemish speaking clients. Then you propose the most suitable solution.What you'll doLead workshops to gather business requirementsDare to challengeBe the crucial link between your business stakeholders and your colleagues from the developer team to translate pain points into integrated Odoo solutionsTranslate client requirements into a proper Odoo configurationDefine and document the testing strategy and coordinate test executionDesign training materials and documentation for users, and train new users using a "train-the-trainer" approachSupport end-users during the implementation of the new systemManage an IT project from A to Z and coaching project team membersDeliver structured and educational demonstrations to business teamsActively contribute to Squareflow’s day-to-day growthWe are looking for:2 years or more of relevant experience: Project manager - business analyst – functional analyst ERP or another complex muti functionalities SaaS solution.Fluent or full professional level of Dutch, good knowledge of French and EnglishMaster's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economy, Digital, etc...) or bachelor with equivalent through experience.First relevant experience with Odoo or any other ERP system.Genuine interest for Odoo and motivated to learn if no experience in it.Able to work independently and in a team, with a "Can Do" mentalityResponding creatively and pragmatically to challengesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)WHAT WE OFFER YOU:We don’t just build solutions—we build teams and careers.
