Demonstrable training with certification (Product Owner/Manager) within Agile development methodology
Demonstrable experience of various Project Management facets (costs, timing, planning, estimates)

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.
General knowledge of or experience with legislation and procedures in matters such as land development and land acquisition and management are a plus.
Within the Facility, Information Management and Technology (FI-T) department, we are looking for an Agile Product Owner. As an Agile Product Owner, you will be part of one of the 6 development teams. Each development team has a number of applications under its care. For each application, there is a point of contact at the business who can translate a business issue into a step-by-step realization together with you and the development team.
You will work closely with the business, the development team and the program managers of the FI-T department and will be involved in the entire application lifecycle.
The plan of action follows the Agile principles. Together with the business, you manage the backlog. When realizing the backlog, throughout the entire life cycle of the product, you ensure good verbal and written communication between the business and the development team so that the latter can get to work.
The objective of the FINAN project is to build a tool for the financial follow-up for area-specific projects of the VLM. This tool should make it possible to monitor the financing of the development projects from A to Z, from estimate to final settlement on the basis of a financing plan and an implementation plan and consists of the following global functional modules:
* (This should allow financial data, available in various applications for the realization of the processes related to the implementation files (e.g. development works, land acquisition, etc.), PORTFIN) Portfolio management, budget follow-up and commitments
* (Comparison points tool): visualizations of transaction data
Finally, the product owner can be asked to share knowledge about technical specializations about which he or she has extensive knowledge through feedback sessions.
