Why join us - as the Head of Tech you are playing a pivotal role in the professionalization of our internal Tech stack. You have the possibility to work from a blank page and really create a solid vision in line with Curewiki's mission and our product road map. Next to that, we are a big fan of being hands-on, meaning that we don't have strict hierarchy in place and so we expect you to combine both strategy & hands-on work, in the beginning.
What you'll do:
* Lead Curewiki’s technical strategy and infrastructure road map
* Oversee system architecture, development, and data security
* Drive agile product development in close collaboration with the product team
* Translate market insights and user feedback into scalable tech solutions
* Build your own tech team
* Represent technology in cross-functional leadership discussions
Requirements
* Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP), and secure, scalable systems
* Familiarity with AI, No Code/Low Code platforms, and healthcare data governance
* Strong product mindset and experience aligning tech with user needs
* Demonstrated leadership abilities in developing and overseeing diverse, cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication skills and a strategic, collaborative approach
* Knowing how to manage internal/external stakeholders
* Ability to express yourself fluently in ENG, Dutch/FR is a plus.
