Day to day
- :Drive the rollout and evolution of the Flex Income Plan (especially for non-exempt employees via salary sacrifice
- )Act as the main point of contact for all FIP-related questions (employees, HR, payroll, finance
- )Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll) and external vendor
- sEnsure correct payroll implementation and follow-up of employee choice
- sMonitor participation, usage, and performance of the plan; provide reporting and recommendation
- sHandle operational tasks (follow-up on employee selections, issue resolution, support queries
- )Develop and deliver communication materials (FAQs, intranet content, presentations, webinars
- )Organize information sessions, Q&A sessions, and engagement initiative
- sSupport the annual warrants plan cycle (communication, employee support, sessions
- )Act as a bridge between business, payroll, and systems to ensure smooth rollout and operation
