Job Description
Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in hospitality roles, is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Revenue Manager to join a renowned hotel group in Brussels operating several properties under a well-known international brand.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for revenue management across multiple properties, with the objective of maximizing performance by aligning pricing strategies with market trends and customer demand. You will work closely with the Reservations, Front Office, Sales, and General Management teams.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and adjust pricing strategies across all distribution channels.
* Ensure data quality, monitor segmentation, track denied reservations, and maintain data accuracy.
* Conduct performance and market analyses (RevPAR, segmentation, competitor benchmarks, local events).
* Contribute to monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
* Monitor results, identify areas of improvement, and recommend concrete actions.
Requirements
* Strong analytical mindset with a strategic and business-oriented approach.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
* Proactive, structured, and results-driven.
* Proficient with RMS (IDeaS), PMS (Opera), advanced Excel, and benchmarking tools (OTA Insight).
* Degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
* Fully bilingual in French and English.
