Description Our customer, located in Heverlee, a big player in innovative technology is looking for a HR Assistant (temporary assignment). Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling (online and onsite), and accurate data tracking in e-recruiting systems. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and provide clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the hiring process. Organize all onsite interview logistics such as agenda preparation, room reservations, visitor registration, and travel or accommodation arrangements for international candidates. Support recruiters with offer and contract preparation, signature follow-up, and coordination of onboarding kick-off tasks. Ensure timely administrative follow-up and full compliance with recruitment procedures, templates, and data standards. Profile Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role within a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, schedules, and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience using applicant tracking systems, digital HR tools, and MS Office applications. High level of accuracy, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset, with strict respect for confidentiality. Offer A dynamic temporary assignment within an innovative, technology-driven environment. Duration: 1 year, with potential extension. Start Date: 01/04/2026. Work Regime: Full-time. Hybrid working model combining imec office presence with remote work from home. Onsite presence of 3 days per week is required. Full remote work is not possible.
