Job Description
Prepare and coordinate all travel requirements, including booking flights, transportation, accommodations, and ensuring complete travel programs and visa requirements.
Manage, coordinate, and maintain the CEO's professional agenda, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Provide classical meeting support: organizing practical details for internal and external meetings, drafting agendas, preparing minutes, and creating presentations (PowerPoint, etc.).
Assist with private administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and agenda management.
The Successful Applicant
You hold a minimum bachelor's degree.
You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
You operate with autonomy, proactivity, discretion, and trustworthiness, while maintaining a positive attitude.
You have excellent communication skills in French and English; a third language is a plus.
You demonstrate strong organizational and planning abilities, capable of prioritizing competing demands and acting proactively.
You are detail‑oriented yet able to maintain a helicopter view.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
