(PRODUCT) MARKETING MANAGER MBA & MASTERS PROGRAMMES

At the same time, dedicated (product) marketing managers are embedded within the business units. Working in close partnership, this structure ensures full alignment with business priorities, market and participant needs, and continuous product development and innovation.

Your mission

1. Own the product marketing strategy for the MBA & Masters units and act as the main marketing contact between the business units and central marketing.
2. Closely monitor and translate market, customer and competitive insights into clear value propositions, targeting choices, learning paths and go-to-market priorities.
3. Co-own and steer lead-generating marketing efforts for the MBA and Masters programmes by setting priorities, targeting and budget allocation, while campaign strategy, execution and optimisation are handled by central marketing experts.
4. Manage the marketing budget for the MBA and Masters units and monitor performance, impact and ROI across sub-portfolios.
5. Ensure strong marketing and sales alignment, accurate data flow and a professional follow-up of sales qualified leads.
6. Lead and develop a small team within the business units, fostering collaboration, ownership and high performance.
7. Actively participate in and support marketing events, directly engaging with target audiences to capture insights and continuously sharpening market alignment.
8. Strengthen the brand presence of the MBA and Masters units by managing ambassadors, establishing and nurturing partnerships with external stakeholders, and representing the units in school-level marketing initiatives.

9. Are a marketeer at heart and have strong relevant experience (5-10 years) in mapping out a product marketing strategy and translating this in a concrete plan and budget.
10. Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
11. Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including the central marketing team, the (product) marketing manager of the executive education programmes, and the business units, ensuring alignment towards common goals and cohesive efforts.
12. Have strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
13. Are driven and goal-oriented and have strong planning & execution skills. Showing willingness to take action and ensure strategies are not only high-level but also actionable and grounded.
14. Have an entrepreneurial mindset & are able to navigate through the transition.
15. Have an excellent written and verbal knowledge of English.
16. Are flexible to work on our two campuses (Ghent and Brussels), in combination with your home office.
