Account Manager/Representative, Joint Replacement | Wallonia

An Account Manager helps us deliver our mission of improving healthcare by promoting and selling Stryker’s Joint Replacement products (Hips, Knees & Mako Robotic-Assisted Surgery) in the Wallonia region.
This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop a career in sales within a major medical technology organization. What you will do:
* Participate in product training and develop relationships with stakeholders.
* Identify and prospect new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
* Understand customer needs, implement sales strategies, and negotiate with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
* Train medical professionals on product use and provide clinical support during surgeries.
* Engage with decision-makers throughout the sales process.
* Attend congresses, seminars, and meetings to expand your network and knowledge.
What we are looking for:
* Strong commercial background and growth mindset.
* MedTech experience, preferably in medical devices.
* Excellent communication skills in French and English; basic Dutch is required.
* Valid driver’s license for regional travel.
Territory: Wallonia
Location: Any main city in the region, including Charleroi, Namur, Liège, Verviers, Dinant, Bastogne, Arlon, Virton, Marche-en-Famenne
Travel: 80%
