What You'll Do
· Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy AI models to automate and enhance business processes.
· Solve Real Problems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to spot and seize opportunities for innovative AI-driven solutions.
· Pipeline Mastery: Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and workflows, leveraging frameworks like Langchain and Langgraph.
· LLM Wizardry: Continuously improve model performance and adapt solutions to meet client needs, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs).
· Generative AI: Implement and augment generative AI models and tools such as GPT, LLaMA, Langchain, and more.
· Optimize Relentlessly: Squeeze every bit of performance, scalability, and efficiency from existing generative AI models.
· Make the Complex Simple: Develop clear documentation to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Mentor & Multiply: Share your know-how, raise the bar, and help everyone level up on generative AI best practices.
What We're Looking For
· Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Ph.D. = extra street cred).
· Strong understanding of Generative AI, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning techniques like transformer models.
· Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
· Python pro with hands-on experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
· Experience with RAG workflows, methodologies, its tools and platforms
· Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Communication skills that cut through the noise and make the complex simple.
Bonus Points
· Experience working with agile methodologies.
· Proven track record of managing software projects successfully.
· Experience with Langchain, Langgraph, or similar frameworks.
· MLOps practices and tools for managing the ML lifecycle.
· Cloud-based platforms and services (Azure, AWS, etc.).
· Experience in a company similar to Rollo.
