This role is focused on driving volume and revenue growth through a portfolio of 10–15 established strategic accounts and the acquisition of new airline and logistics partners. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will hold full commercial responsibility for the business unit. Manage and maintain strong relationships with 10–15 strategic airline accounts, acting as their primary point of contact while ensuring proactive service quality and satisfaction.
Lead prospecting efforts, conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential customers, and promote the business to expand the network.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while analyzing market data and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with operational and compliance teams to ensure all specialized cargo meets strict SLAs and regulatory standards.
Prepare reports for management, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and represent the company at global trade shows and customer events.
4+ years of experience in Key Account Management and/or Business Development within an international air cargo, airport services, or logistics environment.
~ Proven track record in revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management with airlines or freight forwarders.
~ Strong prospecting, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive business development and account growth.
~ Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
