For our client, one of Europe's fastest growing high-tech manufacturing group active in vision, research, defense & security, we are looking for a Group Information / Cyber Security Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for a security professional ready to take ownership of security governance at group level. Your mission will be to introduce a structured information security framework, coordinate security initiatives across locations, and strengthen the company’s overall cybersecurity posture.
You will work closely with the Group IT Director, local IT teams and internal audit.
Role & Responsibilites
* Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance: Develop and maintain the group information security framework, define the cybersecurity roadmap aligned with business priorities and sensitive environments, and provide regular reporting on security posture, risks and initiatives to senior leadership.
* Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and manage cybersecurity risks across the organization, including third-party and supply chain risks, while supporting compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as GDPR, NIS2 and ISO 27001, and coordinating with internal audit and external stakeholders when required.
* Security Architecture & Operations: Work with IT teams and external partners to strengthen the organization’s security capabilities, including vulnerability management, monitoring, incident detection and the continuous improvement of security tools and processes.
* Security Leadership & Team Development: Promote a strong security culture by introducing policies, data classification standards and awareness initiatives, while progressively helping to structure and expand the cybersecurity function, including the future recruitment of roles such as security engineering and operational security support.
* Incident Management & Resilience: Coordinate the response to major security incidents, ensuring proper escalation, investigation and remediation, while contributing to the continuous improvement of incident response, business continuity and recovery processes.
What we are looking for
* Multiple years manager experience in information security or cybersecurity in industrial, manufacturing, engineering or technology environments. Experience in the defense sector is a plus.
* Experience with security governance, risk management or compliance and exposure to standards such as ISO 27001, NIS2 or similar frameworks
* Ability to work in a highly dynamic and growing organization; ready to take ownership.
* High-level English skills. Other European languages are an asset (e.g. Dutch, French, German)

* Compensation: 90.000 – 95.000€ salary (based on 13,92 salaries) + 10% Yearly Bonus
