The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for end users, delivering high-quality IT support services and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and peripheral devices. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of IT equipment while ensuring efficient use of business systems and minimizing operational disruptions. Key Responsibilities End-User Support Provide first-line and on-site technical support for end users across desktop and laptop environments. Act as a single point of contact for diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Deliver prompt and effective support through in-person assistance, phone, or remote access. Hardware & Software Support Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS environments. Support and maintain Microsoft Office and other authorized desktop applications. Install and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and Mac devices. Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Specialized Equipment Support Provide technical support for self-service kiosks, ticketing machines, payment terminals, and scanning devices. Diagnose and resolve issues related to specialized hardware used in operational environments. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs. Ensure systems and devices are maintained to optimal performance levels. Escalate complex technical issues when required while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Service Delivery Ensure timely resolution of support requests while maintaining high customer service standards. Document issues, solutions, and technical procedures as part of the support process.
