Sustainability, innovation and operational reliability are at the core of the company's strategy.This role sits within CRD General Services at the Olen site, responsible for the safe operation, maintenance and continuity of the site's electrical distribution networks. The electrical distribution network — both high and low voltage — is essential to ensuring the site's safety, continuity and technical performance.You'll support the department with the maintenance of transformers & switches, replacing parts, and installations. Most of the time this is high voltage, but low-voltage is also part of the package and installations. You'll work very closely with your colleague(s) due to the 4-eye principle during the execution of your high voltage works.Primary Tasks and ResponsibilitiesYou share responsibility for the operation of the high? and low?voltage distribution network, ensuring safe and continuous power supply across the Olen site.You prepare, plan and execute electrical work, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures, legislation, internal standards and technical regulations.You perform preventive and predictive maintenance to detect issues early and avoid downtime.You supervise and follow up work performed by external contractors, ensuring correct execution and safety.You ensure accurate documentation and registration of all technical and administrative data related to executed work and observations.Technical Profile RequirementsTechnical degree, preferably with a background in electrotechnicsProven Experience with high?voltage systemsProven Experience with industrial low?voltage systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (intake requirement).Able to interpret technical documentation in Dutch & English.Experience in an industrial environment.Ability to correctly document actions and technical findings.Non-technical Profile RequirementsStrong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.Calm, mature and structured personality (intake requirement).Able to work independently with initiative, drive and depth.Decisive and results oriented.Clear, objective communicator.Methodology / Certification RequirementsBA4/BA5 — provided internally; VCA is mandatoryAREI familiarityATEX familiarityLanguage ProficienciesDutch: fluent (operational requirement).English: able to read and understand technical documentation.LocationOlen – 100% onsite presence is requiredContractContract with as objective an internalization on the payroll of clientStart: ASAP, but a notice period is not a problem
