Our services include network hardware sourcing, reselling, lifecycle services, and supply chain management, ensuring technically sound and operationally efficient solutions. What does a financial administrative assistant do?

In Belgium, this role is often called financial clerk, administrative accounting clerk, or accounting assistant.
You support the accounting department and ensure that financial administration is processed accurately and on time.

Entering purchase and sales invoices
Processing payments via Isabel or other banking software
Secondary education (TSO/BSO) in Accounting-Informatics, Office & Administration, Business Administration
HBO5 / Associate Degree in Accounting Administration
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting (more for assistant-accountant roles)

Knowledge of Belgian VAT rules is an advantage
Experience with software such as Exact Online, WinBooks, Yuki, Sage, Adsolut, Odoo
Good knowledge of Dutch and English (French is a plus)
