About the company

Group BEL is a major player in the agri-food sector, committed to healthier and more responsible food. To support the fast growth of its Out-of-Home (OOH) division (currently generating €M in revenue), the company is looking for a driven Key Account Manager to strengthen its team of. You’ll contribute to the expansion of strategic categories such as Eating & Drinking, On The Go, and Industrial.

About the role

5. Business development (%): Manage a portfolio of existing clients (wholesalers and indirect accounts).

6. Prospection (%): Proactively approach new prospects using both an existing pipeline and your own network.

7. Full sales cycle management: Lead the process from negotiation to contract signature, including delivery follow-up and dispute resolution if needed.

8. Performance analysis: Track sales results, manage your P&L, and produce regular reports using robust analytical tools.

9. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the OOH Sales Manager, Trade Marketing, Benelux KAM, and Field Sales teams.

About you

10. You have solid experience as a Key Account Manager in FMCG. Candidates with a commercial background and analytical mindset will also be considered.

11. You’re a natural hunter – proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by results with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

12. You’re confident working with numbers, data, and P&L responsibilities.

13. You’re a great communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

14. You are Dutch-speaking or perfectly bilingual Dutch/French, with a good command of English.
