Our telecommunications client is seeking an Implementation Manager to support a New Build Project on a freelance/contract. This would be based 2-3 days per week onsite in Brussels with 2-3 days from home and the contract is initially until the end of the year with scope for extensions.
Key qualifications :
• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing. French and/or Flemish is a plus
• Proven track of 5-7 years’ experience of deploying radio networks
• Planning and organizational skills for large projects
• Establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and
plans and monitor all activities
• You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills along with an entrepreneurial
mindset to manage the internal teams as well as ASP
• Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and
critical issues
• Extensive knowledge in Belgium Telecom build requirements and milestones
• Delivering results and meet customer expectations
• Self-driven is key qualification.
• Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence
and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
• Coping with pressures and setbacks. Self-driven and motivated to propose process/cost
improvements
