Your responsibilities?
6. Manage and optimize end-to-end payroll processes using eBlox (mandatory).
7. Ensure correct application of various joint labor committees (PC 124,, 200, 209, 111…).
8. Prepare salary simulations, contracts, and indexations, and monitor sectoral changes.
9. Act as the first point of contact for employee questions on payroll, benefits, and social legislation.
10. Collaborate with social secretariats and support audits, compliance checks, and process improvements.
11. Build relationships across multiple offices and divisions, occasionally traveling between sites.
Profile sought?
12. 10+ years of experience in payroll and/or rewards.
13. Strong expertise with eBlox – essential requirement.
14. Experience managing payroll for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
15. Trilingual: fluent Dutch, strong French, and professional English.
16. Accurate, structured, and reliable under deadlines.
17. Flexible and willing to travel between offices when needed.
