Job Description
They are looking for a site director with an affinity for the care sector to lead the team. They are looking for a driven person who wants to be there for others-a good and open communicator who pursues excellent results with integrity and knows how to lead a team in a contemporary way.
What will you do?
* You will lead the business, taking local needs into account. Together with the entire team, you will be the face of the company.
* You will pay attention to relationships with local partners, communication, and innovative initiatives.
* You will be responsible for all operational processes within the company and for managing a team of both permanent and freelance staff.
* You will work within established frameworks and strive toward goals in terms of service, quality, and development, while maintaining local commercial relationships.
* You will guarantee and monitor the quality of the services and infrastructure.
* As a funeral director, you will offer bereaved families a high-quality funeral.
* You will communicate clearly and transparently with families and colleagues.
* You will guide families throughout the entire process and organize a personalized farewell that you execute flawlessly.
* You will act as a bridge between the group, your branch, and your team.

The Successful Applicant
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a commercial leadership role
* At least 5 years of hands-on experience with team responsibilities
* A dynamic personality who enjoys teamwork and helps keep the team strong
* Capable of handling stress and deadlines; you strive for perfection
* Entrepreneurial, committed, and acting with integrity
* Customer satisfaction is your priority, and you always go the extra mile
* You are mature, committed, and have a strong sense of responsibility
* Flexibility is a must-weekend and occasional evening work does not scare you
* Graphic knowledge and experience with digital media are a plus
* Meticulous with excellent planning and organizational skills
* Perfectly fluent in French, Dutch and English
