This is a full-time, on-site position. The candidate must already be Belgium-based and legally authorized to work in Belgium. In this role, you will support daily store operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with our premium brand standards.You will also work closely with our goldsmiths, setters, and workshop team to ensure seamless coordination between sales and production.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure exceptional customer service at all timesAssist in achieving sales targets and KPIsManage inventory and stock controlHandle administrative tasks and basic accounting processesMaintain store presentation in line with brand standardsResolve customer inquiries and complaints professionallyCapture and convert leads through our online channels (website, social media, email, and chat).QualificationsBelgium-based and legally authorized to work in Belgium (required)Previous experience in retail or customer service (luxury retail is a strong plus)Strong leadership and communication skillsFluent in Dutch, English, and French (additional languages are a plus)Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyKnowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Office
