Mission Context
The Mobile Support team operates within an Infrastructure & Operations environment and is responsible for managing and supporting mobile solutions used by field and office staff.
Main Responsibilities
* Ensure continuity of operations (Keep IT Running – KIR)
* Ticket management and end-user support (Level 1 & Level 2)
* Handle and follow up on business requests
* Coordinate cases across IT and business stakeholders
* Liaise with hardware, software, and service providers (support tickets, repairs, technology monitoring)
* Proactively monitor systems to anticipate incidents
* Produce reports and KPIs
* Maintain and update asset inventories (Asset Management)
* Create, update, and maintain operational procedures
* Administer and technically manage the mobile fleet via MDM, ensuring data accuracy
* Stage and pre-configure mobile devices (Windows 11)
* Provide on-site support when required
* Support environments using Android and Apple devices
* Use Intune for device and policy management
* Develop and maintain scripts (PowerShell)
Required Experience & Skills
Technical Skills
* Proven experience as a Support Engineer in an ICT infrastructure environment
* Strong experience with staging, imaging, and deployment of mobile devices (Windows 11)
* Solid knowledge of MDM solutions
* Good understanding of mobile technologies (iOS & Android)
* Experience with Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support
* Experience in large corporate environments (2,000+ users)
* Experience with Intune
* Experience with scripting (PowerShell)
* Experience with SAP is a strong plus

* French: fluent / native level (C2)
