Robert Half is currently looking for a Business Analyst (m/v/x).
Our client is an international company in the region of Bruges.
What are your tasks?
* Accounts Receivable Management
o Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable tasks;
o Handle cash allocations, direct debits, and payments;
o Work closely with Portfolio Management, Trade Finance, and other teams to address requests;
o Manage contracts, invoices, and troubleshoot issues;
o Meet deadlines for monthly closings and projects;
o Perform monthly reconciliations and provide required reports;
o Ensure all activities follow company policies;
o Prepare for audits with necessary documentation;
o Present performance data in regular meetings with stakeholders;
o Support the Commercial Lending team in collections and managing overdue accounts.
* Business Support
o Work daily with SAP, Azure, QlikSense, PowerBI and RPA to streamline processes and enhance reporting;
o Identify and implement process improvements;
o Suggest efficiency enhancements;
o Train dealers to use our Dealer Portal effectively;
o Share system and process knowledge with the team.
* Stakeholder Management
o Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively;
o Maintain good cooperation with dealers, customers, and internal teams.
What is your profile?
* Bachelor's or master's degree or similar through experience.
* Experience with SAP is helpful.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Fluent in English & German (Dutch is not required).
* Proactive and open to change, with a focus on efficiency and digital tools.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines.
* A flexible team player who thrives under pressure.
