You will report directly to the Sales Director and be responsible for:
* Representing the company during all phases of the sales project
* Leading the preparation of conceptual studies, 3D layouts, and technical specifications
* Overseeing project budget estimates and participating in risk assessments
* Aligning commercial pricing with the Sales Director
* Presenting and technically defending proposals to customers
* Reviewing and clarifying customer documentation and requirements
* Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth information flow
* Organizing and leading negotiation meetings, documenting outcomes, and managing follow-ups
* Supporting internal project reviews using a structured quality gate methodology
* Managing the bid budget and ensuring all project deliverables align with internal standards and customer requirements
* Master's degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales within large, complex, industrial projects (capital equipment, heavy industry, or similar sectors)
* Technical understanding of thermal technologies, including industrial furnaces and heat treatment processes
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
