We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to support international payments initiatives within a global cash management and cross-border payments environment.
Work setup: Hybrid, Brussels. Quarterly travel to Paris required.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, analyse and formalize business needs in collaboration with Product Managers and Business Initiative Leaders.
* Act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT squads to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
* Manage and prioritize the squad backlog, aligning priorities with product and initiative objectives.
* Contribute to regulatory, migration and innovation initiatives by supporting planning and delivery alignment.
* Ensure requirements management, communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Coordinate with business, IT and operational/process stakeholders to support agile squad delivery.
* Monitor risks, quality and issues, ensuring proper follow-up and escalation when needed.
* Support customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder liaison and business-oriented decision-making.
Must-have requirements:
* 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role.
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in treasury management, finance or payments.
* Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods.
* Good understanding of workflow processes.
* Good understanding of IT systems and testing.
* Good expertise in MS Office.
* Strong analytical, structured and quality-minded approach.
* Fluency in French and English.
