Where You'll Make a Difference
Mölnlycke is now looking for an Account ManagerPost-Acute/Thuiszorgto develop and grow our Wound Care business in Belgium.
In this hybrid role, a combination of field and (home)office based, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, identifying growth opportunities, and executing account strategies that deliver sustainable results.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
* Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within your territory
* Build, execute, and follow up on account plans aligned with local and cluster strategy
* Identify new sales opportunities and develop a strong, healthy pipeline across existing and new customers
* Drive the execution of product launches, campaigns, pilots, and tender implementation plans
* Actively gather and share market and competitive insights to strengthen business intelligence
* Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity data in CRM
* Collaborate closely with your Sales Manager and cross-functional colleagues to continuously improve ways of working
* Build relationships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support strategic growth initiatives
* Handle customer complaints in line with Mölnlycke policies and quality standards

What you bring
Essential
* Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, ideally within healthcare or medical devices
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage accounts independently
* Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
* Ability to plan, prioritise, and execute in a structured way
* Strong communication and influencing skills
* Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage for the Belgian market
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the territory
Nice to have
* University degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or similar
* Experience with tenders or hospital procurement processes
* Existing knowledge of wound care or clinical environments
